1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription agreements for the Corretistic platform operated by Initialee SARL. As Corretistic is a B2B service, agreements are governed by the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Service Order between Initialee SARL and the client. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

La présente Politique de remboursement et d'annulation s'applique à tous les abonnements à la plateforme Corretistic exploitée par Initialee SARL. Corretistic étant un service B2B, les contrats sont régis par le Contrat-Cadre de Services (MSA) ou le Bon de Commande signé entre Initialee SARL et le client. En cas de conflit entre la présente Politique et un contrat signé, ce dernier prévaut.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Implementation fees (NRC — Non-Recurring Charges), onboarding fees, and setup fees are non-refundable once the implementation engagement has commenced. These fees cover work already performed and are not contingent on the continued use of the platform.

Les frais de mise en œuvre (NRC — frais non récurrents), les frais d'intégration et les frais de configuration ne sont pas remboursables une fois que la mise en œuvre a débuté. Ces frais couvrent des prestations déjà réalisées et ne sont pas conditionnés à l'utilisation continue de la plateforme.

3. Recurring Subscription Fees

Monthly recurring charges (MRC), including the Platform Basic License and Active Capacity Fee, are billed in advance for each billing period. Fees for a billing period already commenced are non-refundable. No pro-rata refund is issued for partial months. Clients who cancel mid-period retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Les frais récurrents mensuels (MRC), incluant la Licence de base et les frais de capacité active, sont facturés à l'avance pour chaque période de facturation. Les frais d'une période de facturation déjà commencée ne sont pas remboursables. Aucun remboursement au prorata n'est accordé pour les mois partiels. Les clients qui résilient en cours de période conservent l'accès jusqu'à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.

4. Cancellation Notice

Cancellation requires written notice of at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, submitted to team@corretistic.com. Cancellation does not take effect until the end of the notice period. The client remains liable for all fees accrued during the notice period. Early termination provisions, if any, are governed by the signed MSA.

4. Préavis d'annulation

La résiliation doit être notifiée par écrit au moins 30 jours avant le prochain cycle de facturation, à l'adresse team@corretistic.com. La résiliation ne prend effet qu'à l'issue du préavis. Le client reste redevable de l'ensemble des frais accumulés pendant la période de préavis. Les dispositions relatives à la résiliation anticipée, le cas échéant, sont régies par le MSA signé.

5. Billing Disputes

Clients who believe an invoice contains an error must notify Initialee SARL in writing within 15 days of the invoice date, providing a description of the disputed amount and supporting evidence. Disputed amounts will be reviewed within 10 business days. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due and payable by the original due date. Disputes do not suspend the client's obligation to pay undisputed amounts.

5. Contestations de facturation

Les clients qui estiment qu'une facture contient une erreur doivent en informer Initialee SARL par écrit dans les 15 jours suivant la date de la facture, en indiquant le montant contesté et les justificatifs correspondants. Les montants contestés seront examinés dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrés. Les montants non contestés restent exigibles à la date d'échéance initiale. Une contestation ne suspend pas l'obligation du client de régler les montants non contestés.

6. Exceptions

Initialee SARL reserves the right to issue credits or refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including verified platform unavailability exceeding any SLA threshold defined in the signed MSA. Any such credit will be applied to future invoices and will not be issued as a cash refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Initialee SARL se réserve le droit d'émettre des avoirs ou des remboursements à sa seule discrétion dans des circonstances exceptionnelles, notamment en cas d'indisponibilité avérée de la plateforme dépassant le seuil de SLA défini dans le MSA signé. Tout avoir sera imputé sur les factures futures et ne sera pas remboursé en numéraire, sauf accord écrit contraire.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

La présente Politique est régie par le droit français. Tout litige découlant de la présente Politique ou s'y rapportant relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Paris, France.
